Hi, I'm Marriah!

I am owner of Marriah M Photography, located in Seattle, WA. I have loved photography ever since I was a little kid and my parents left me in charge of Y2K film cameras. As many others pick a hobby during COVID, I started to pick up photography more professionally during that time while also attending graduate school at West Virginia University. I work full-time as a content marketing professional, and do photography part-time as my schedule permits. I live and breathe content, and I love that I am privileged enough to mix my full-time and part-time work together. 

When not working, you can catch me running, reading, or binging reality tv. Some fun facts about me, I have ran a Marathon, I have worked for Disney, I cheered in college, and have lived in 4 different states. I am a dachshund owner, and am currently planning my wedding. I live off of coffee, hot Cheetos, and all things pasta. I am a chatty Cathy, and would love to get to know you. 

In summation, I enjoy photography as it provides me the opportunity to capture all those magical moments life has to offer - the good and even the bad. It would bring me so much joy to chat with you on how we might capture your magical moments to hold onto.
